    Paid thru bill pay at bank. Late one day in one month...No collection the following Monday and no rebate. Late in Oct. Eagle reported recieved on Monday (probably fri or sat) AND did not pick up the trash that Monday!. Lazy office workers quick to suspend...Do not check for payments. Can't get them on the phone to querry. Missed one pick up in Sept. No rebate,no extra pick up but collected full month pay and did not pick up two times in October but collected full month. Will not call garbage truck to pick up,just say no cell service in area...However Garbage collector on his cell phone each time I see him when He DOES pick up.
